General Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Purpose

This online trading contract is the one by which Rebound Vintage offers the sale of second-hand goods remotely and electronically as part of its economic activity.

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Rebound Vintage called "the seller" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via this site, hereinafter called "the buyer".

Article 3. Acceptance of the T&Cs

These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through this merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 4. Characteristics

The products offered for sale are those listed in the merchant catalog published on the Rebound Vintage seller's website. These products are unique, used products and are offered while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the seller. Any signs of wear on used products are noted as much as possible. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.

Article 5. Rates

The prices listed in the catalog are net prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The sale is invoiced excluding tax (HT).
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for orders under 75 euros. They include the shipping price (rates in effect by the carrier), packaging, and logistics fees.
Shipping costs are free for all orders over 75 euros.

Article 6. Geographic area

The online sale of products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France and Corsica.

Article 7. Order

The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product, must:

  • complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details, deliveries will be made only to the addresses indicated on this site
  • validate your order after having checked it
  • make the payment under the conditions provided below
  • confirm your order and payment

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. This site will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order. Customer data has been declared to the CNIL under number XXXXXX.

Article 8. Withdrawal and return

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, starting from the day the goods are received. The goods must be returned in their original condition. The seller will reimburse the buyer or provide a credit note as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days of the withdrawal date. The buyer may cancel their order if the delivery times mentioned (excluding the indicated closing period) are exceeded.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, regardless of the order amount. Returns may be made for all or part of the order under the conditions stipulated above. Refunds for the returned item(s) will be made according to the conditions described in Article 10.

Article 9. Payment

Metropolitan France and European Union.

Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice:
by bank card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue.

Article 10. Reimbursement terms

Subject to compliance with its return conditions, Rebound Vintage will refund returned items within 7 days of the goods being returned to stock and at the latest within 30 days of withdrawal.

Article 11. Delivery of the goods

Rebound Vintage is committed to shipping your purchase within a maximum of 15 working days from payment confirmation.

Article 12. Personal data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. Users have the right to access and rectify their personal data, in accordance with the Act of 6 January 1978.

Article 13. Dispute Resolution

Only French law is applicable in the event of a dispute over the interpretation or execution of these conditions and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution.
